A block of rooms is reserved at the Fairmont Banff Springs for attendees at a special rate of $359, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note:
- Fairmont category has a maximum occupancy of 2 persons.
- The Fairmont will charge a mandatory additional $39.00 CAD per Room daily Resort Experience Fee that is not included in the above rates.
- The registrant is responsible for all hotel bookings and cancellations.
- The CELF preferred rate is available only until October 19, 2026 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first, so book early to secure your accommodations.
- Cancellations or early departures require at least 30 days’ notice. Any room cancellations within 30 days of arrival, No Shows, and/or Early Departures, will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges.
- A full non-refundable deposit will be charged to the credit card provided 30 days prior to arrival.
