Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge at preferred rates for attendees and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that availability within the CELF room block is currently very limited for Tuesday, June 16 and Saturday, June 20.

Registered attendees who still require accommodations are encouraged to contact seminars@energylawfoundation.ca
directly, as inventory is now low.

Room Pricing

Please note:

• The Fairmont will charge a mandatory daily Group Surcharge of $16.00 CAD per person, plus applicable taxes, which is not included in the room rates.
• The registrant is responsible for all hotel bookings and cancellations. Cancellations or early departures require at least 14 day notice. Any room cancellations within 14 days of arrival, No Shows, and/or Early
  Departures, will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges.
• The CELF preferred rate is only available until June 2, 2026 or until the room block is full, whichever is earlier, so book early to secure your accommodations.

Other Information:

• Applicable taxes and fees will be added to all payment transactions. All fees will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• There is an additional $16.00 per person daily charge to cover porterage, wireless internet, housekeeping and conference services
• There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 17 years who share with their parents
• Maximum occupancy per room is four adults. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $50.00 per night
