Each registrant must be a member of CELF. Otherwise, they must be a partner, associate or employed by a firm or organization that is a member of CELF. The Participant registration fee includes:
- All Seminar sessions.
- All meals.
- DOES NOT include the golf tournament or accommodations, which are the responsibility of registrants.
Speaker
Speaker Registrant must be a confirmed speaker at the CELF 2024 Jasper Research Seminar. The Speaker registration fee includes:
- All Seminar sessions.

- DOES NOT include the golf tournament or accommodations, which are the responsibility of registrants.
Guest Only
The "Guest Only" option is available for spouses or guests that register separately from the participant or speaker. Guests may also be added via the registration page of the participant/speaker.
Additional options, including the golf tournament, social activities, children's registration and information, etc. may be added either via the "Guest Only" registration page or through the participant/speaker registration page. The Guest registration fee includes:
- Access to all Seminar events other than the Seminar sessions.
- All meals.
- DOES NOT include the golf tournament or accommodations, which are the responsibility of registrants.

Child Registration

The CELF welcomes children of members to attend this annual event. Caregivers such as nannies or grandparents are also welcome to attend and can be registered below. Please note that a spouse or guest who wishes to attend the other portions of the event are not eligible to be registered as caregivers.

The CELF is pleased to announce the return of the Kids’ Pool Party that all children and registered guests of the CELF Jasper Research Seminar are invited to attend. The Kids’ Pool Party promises to be a fun-filled afternoon of music, snacks, and pool games, all taking place in the world-class, heated outdoor pool at the Jasper Park Lodge. The Pool Party will be open from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 13 and Friday, June 14.

The Jasper Park Lodge will also have a room available with interactive activities and craft stations that all children of the CELF Jasper Research Seminar are invited to attend.
Each registration includes:
- Wednesday, June 12: Dinner, Activities & Entertainment
- Thursday, June 13: Breakfast, Kids’ Area, Lunch, Pool Party Access, Dinner (including evening activities & entertainment)
- Friday, June 14: Breakfast, Kids’ Area, Lunch, Pool Party Access, Dinner, Activities & Entertainment*
- Saturday, June 15: Breakfast
Children are welcome at all events except the Friday evening reception and dinner. Child care and activities will be provided in a separate space on Friday evening.

PLEASE NOTE: All children under the age of 6 MUST be accompanied by an adult (over 18) babysitter to partake in all activities. Babysitting services are currently unavailable through the hotel, however you may wish to contact My Jasper Nanny for third-party arrangements online at www.myjaspernanny.ca or by calling 1-780-852-9766. Child care services cannot be guaranteed and should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

GONDOLA EXCURSION / HIKE
Jasper SkyTram provides an experience unlike any other in Canada. The Jasper SkyTram will whisk attendees to 2300m to stand atop Whistlers Mountain with 360 degree views of the Rocky Mountains, including the Athabasca River, glacier lakes, and the town of Jasper. Enjoy a snack at the restaurant and take in the views along the boardwalk. For the more adventurous, step off the boardwalks and onto the hiking trails that lead all the way to the summit of Whistlers Mountain (1.2km).
Please note: attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the SkyTram station.
