We’re excited to welcome your family and children to the CELF Jasper Research Seminar. This year, we are excited to offer an enhanced and professionally managed kid’s program, ensuring a fun, safe, and enriching experience for all children attending the event.

Program Highlights

Care in a Pinch Partnership
We’ve partnered with Care in a Pinch, a leading provider of on-site childcare, to deliver a high-quality experience for children on Friday. Their team of professional caregivers will lead interactive activities, creative play, and supervised fun in a dedicated children’s area.

Daily Activities Included
Children’s registration includes meals and programming throughout the week:
- Wednesday, June 11: Dinner, Activities & Entertainment
- Thursday, June 12: Breakfast, Kids’ Area, Lunch, Pool Party Access, Dinner (with evening activities & entertainment)
- Friday, June 13: Breakfast, Kids’ Area, Lunch, Pool Party Access, Dinner, Activities & Entertainment
- Saturday, June 14: Breakfast
Kids’ Pool Party
Back by popular demand! All children and registered guests of the CELF Jasper Research Seminar are invited to join our Kids’ Pool Party - a fun-filled afternoon of music, snacks, and pool games at the world-class, heated outdoor pool at the Jasper Park Lodge. Thursday, June 12 & Friday, June 13 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Friday Evening Childcare
Children are welcome at all social events with their parents except the Friday evening reception and dinner. During that time, Care in a Pinch will provide separate childcare and activities for registered children.

Important Information
Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) babysitter on Wednesday and Thursday during the Kid’s Program and Pool Party. Babysitting services are not provided by the hotel. Families needing additional care are encouraged to contact My Jasper Nanny for third-party arrangements: www.myjaspernanny.ca | ☎️ 1-780-852-9766 Note: Services are subject to availability and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Due to the impact of last year’s wildfires, the golf course in Jasper will not be operational for our annual tournament on Thursday, June 12. While we won’t be hitting the greens this year, we’re excited to offer two exceptional experiences for attendees to enjoy instead:

Participants must be at least 12 years old to join the cooking class.
